Due to this the natural immunity of human becomes weak. This virus goes on destroying the ability of humans to fight diseases. The function of the immune system in our body is to protect the body from infectious diseases, which are caused by bacteria and viruses. In this sense AIDS is a syndrome rather than a disease. Influenza Influenza is a type of virus, which is an infectious disease of the respiratory system. Influenza virus begins with cough, cold and mild fever. The influenza virus enters our body through the nose, eyes and mouth. Apart from this, if another person comes in contact with it when a person suffering from this virus coughs and sneezes, then this virus can spread. If this is taken care of, it becomes a serious disease. Influenzaviruses increase the risk of pneumonia, ear infections, sinus infections, etc.

1.When angry, look at your face in the mirror.  Seeing your face in anger, you will feel yourself how bad your face looks.  In fact you will be offended by your own anger.  You will tell yourself, I should never be angry, anger is useless.  By doing this regularly, you will be able to control your anger.


2. When you get angry, immediately leave the place where you are angry.  It would be the best thing of that moment.  Go to your room or if possible, go out for some time and enjoy some fresh air.  Keep saying to yourself, 'I am relaxed, I am divine.  'You will feel better in a few minutes.  And your anger will come under control. Which makes you happy . 



3. Have a good meal  This keeps the mind calm and focused, which is necessary for developing good thoughts.  But before this, the true nature of good  diet needs to be understood.  Good  diet does not only mean that the food we take is pure, but also the pure air which we take from our nose.  Pure vision, which we see with eyes.  Pure sounds, which we hear with ears.  Sweet words, which we speak through the mouth and pure things, which we touch.  Whatever we take from the gate of the five senses, it can be called good food.



4. Sometimes anger is also caused by weakness.  This is not weakness of body, but weakness of mind.  To remove weakness from our mind, it is necessary to fill it with good feelings and good thoughts throughout the day.  Be aware of how and with whom you are spending your time.  Read good books.  Spend your time doing things that encourage you to feel good.


5. If someone criticizes you and you get angry, don't say anything without thinking.  Before reacting immediately, analyze whether the defects mentioned by him are present in you.  When we interrogate ourselves in this way, the anger inside us automatically reduces.  This will keep us calm and unaffected by criticism.
